Why Retreats ?
There is often a need for team members on all levels within an organization to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday routine in order to reflect on pressing issues, review and develop organizational strategies and objectives, develop new organizational concepts, enhance teamwork within the organization, and build better communication.
IeMQ has achieved significant success in providing top quality management retreats and team building exercises tailored to client needs. Together with the organization, IeMQ develops and delivers a well structured program with an ideal balance of activities, including team building and fun events,
over an agreed period of time, at a suitable venue.
IeMQ provides the following in cooperation with the organization:
Facilitates and confirms the goals and objectives of the retreat
Planning, organization and management of the event
Technical management of the event, including site visits, liaison with venue managers, co-ordination of venue preparations, liaison and co-ordination with presenters, plan and provide presentation set ups to venue manager
Facilitation of the seminar by top class facilitators and event specialists
Provision of a set of agreed fun events
Provision of an IeMQ event manager for the preparation and full-time during the delivery of the summit itself
Event documentation, including programs, workbooks, folders and participant feedback surveys
Provide a comprehensive participant feedback report
Improvement through Fun!
Possible goals of a retreat could include the following:

Methodology:
The event program is usually built around a continuous series of high impact, motivating activities, projects and challenges with participants engaged in memorable experiences, fun and challenge, accentuating the key aspects of working together effectively, efficiently and harmoniously.
